Delivery Information
Delivery Charge:
Delivery charge on all UK internet orders is £3.45 inc VAT however, for certain orders (depending on weight or value) which are not going to the Mainland, we reserve the right to make an additional charge. We will ALWAYS contact you BEFORE processing the order to discuss this with you.
Standard Delivery:
Individual Items and smaller quantities are despatched via Royal Mail First Class Recorded post. A signature will therefore be required on delivery. Larger quantities are despatched via courier.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY:
We are able to offer a next day delivery service but would ask that customers contact us by phone before 14.30 hours to arrange this for 2 reasons :
1. We would wish to confirm to you that the item is in stock.
2. The Next Day Service is weight dependant and we would need to advise you of cost.
How long does delivery take?:
With our standard delivery, smaller packages are despatched either the same day or next day (depending on the time of ordering) and will go via 1st class recorded post and therefore should normally be with you within 2-3 days or earlier (currently 90% arrives the next day). Heavier items will be sent by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier and goods are normally with our customers within 1-2 days.
VAT Invoice:
On smaller orders, a VAT invoice is sent with the goods. With bulk orders, which are sent by courier, the invoice will either be on the parcel as the address label or if on invoice, will be sent separately by post.

We offer a 10 day no-quibble money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase then please return the goods in re-saleable condition with original packaging and we shall be happy to refund the cost of the item.
Refunds:
Refunds are given at the discretion of the Company Management.
