Window Staylock Description
The Window Staylock is easy to fit and comes in a silver finish. The lock works by replacing one of the existing pegs with a new threaded system with locking nut that is operated by a standard key. While it is important to keep the key near the window but out of the reach and view of those outside the window, it is equally important to keep the key somewhere that is easy to reach from the inside in case of a fire or other incident where you may only have the window as a means of escape.
This window lock is suitable for wooden casement windows, fitted with most through-peg stays.
