View-Com Door Viewer Description
The View-Com Door Viewer offers the visual aid of a standard door viewer with the added bonus of a 2-way intercom to verbally identify visitors. The View-com has been specifically designed to help reduce the increase in distraction burglary. This low cost door entry system consists of internal and external units, mounted on either side of the door and is conveniently powered by batteries to remove the need for wires and mains power. The viewer itself has a wide, 200 degree viewing angle for maximum coverage with visitor still identifiable if they stand to the side of the viewer.
The benefit of this product is that there will be no need to open a door to an unwanted stranger. With the View-Com Door Viewr you can see the visitor but they can't see you and the householder will be able to verify the identity of the caller simply by using the View-Com system.
The View-com door viewer can be mounted in a variety of environments. In addition to home security for the elderly and infirm and for young children, the View-Com can also be useful in commercial environments such as in offices, warehouses, shops or other places where visibility and visitor identification may be of importance.
This product offers even more in the way of security when used in conjunction with either a Brass Door Chain with Bolt or the Door Guard Door Restraint.
