I feel that this product is really easy to use especially because all you have to do is press the buttons and then the sound is automatically released and its doubtful that you may have accidental acctivation unless you put it in your back pocket.

I have always had a problem with carrying any sort of alarm that is visible because it may provoke the sort of patients I deal with. This is fantastic because first of all, I can actually hide it on my shirt pocket beneath my jacket and secondly, even if I wear it without a jacket, it does not look like an alarm. Brilliant design, well done CPP! WH London
